This vacuum cleaner is one of the only ones I've tested that has fully passed my particle meter testing (zero particles emitted at 0.3 microns while running along a floor)! Even when vacuuming a "dirty" carpet or mattress, zero particles (0.3 micrometers, PM 2.5 and PM 20) are being emitted from the  exhausted air back into the environment. Perfect if you are doing the actino protocol or a small particle cleaning of your home!

This vacuum cleaner is another one that fully passed my particle meter testing! It has an ULPA filter, which is even better than HEPA. This unit doesn't do very well with wall to wall carpeting and has more narrow attachments, so I recommend it for smaller spaces with mostly hard flooring. This one works great for actino cleaning for smaller spaces, too!

This Particle Counter (or one of even higher quality) is recommended to test your vacuum before initiating a small particle cleaning or actino protocol. The settings go down to 0.3 micrometers, so will pick up fragments of contaminants that could be getting released into your air from the exhaust vent of your vacuum. It can also be used to test effectiveness of air filters and to screen environments for airborne particulate levels.

To remove settled biotoxins from non-porous surfaces, a home-made surfactant solution can be made using 5 drops of dish soap and 1 quart of water. This helps to disrupt the biofilm that microbes can produce that allows them to stick to surfaces, so that we can effectively remove them.

These disposable microfiber cloths can be a great cost-saving alternative to reusable microfiber cloths - especially for remedial contents cleaning or small particle cleanings when we need to throw away our used cloths! 

These reusable microfiber cloths provide optimal surface area for effective damp-wiping during small particle cleaning, contents cleaning or actino cleaning of non-porous surfaces. For remedial work, they should not be re-used. For maintenance housecleaning they may be laundered and re-used.

When damp-wiping our walls and floors for a small particle cleaning or actino cleaning, disposable microfiber pads are a great choice!

Stock up on dry electrostatic cloths that are typically used after HEPA vacuuming and damp wiping to remove settled contaminants from non-porous surfaces!

This size and style mop works great for damp-wiping walls and floors with Rubbermaid disposable cloths or dry wiping walls and floors with electrostatic sweeping cloths.

A long handled mop with detachable, launderable microfiber cloths is helpful when damp-wiping ceilings, walls and floors for routine housecleaning. 

Air washing can be part of the process of removing settled contaminants from our personal contents - especially electronics and small kitchen appliances. This particular Tekeviss unit runs at a higher speed than most it's size and is the best rated one for the price!

This Vremi unit is the one I use personally to keep my basement at optimal humidity levels in the summer. I suggest using a portable hygrometer to test various rooms in your home for humidity elevations (above 50%) that may need to be controlled with a unit like this.

These large lint rollers are a fun way of cleaning your mattress, floors and walls when you aren't confident in the filtration capacity of your vacuum cleaner.

These leak alarms are an absolute life saver! Place one under each sink, at the base of your water heater, at the base of your washing machine, and anywhere else that is susceptible to a leak. You will hear the alarm or be notified on your phone via Bluetooth as soon as these detectors sense water so that you can prevent a small problem from turning into a big one!

Another must-have for the CIRS patient! Sinks are one of the most common places for a leak, and they can often go undetected for quite as while as the moisture seeps into the  material of the bottom shelf and to the subfloor below. These mats have about a 1" lip and enough surface area to hold about a gallon of water before overflowing. Place a leak detector on top!

Portable hygrometers are used to assess our indoor humidity levels so that we can intervene if our humidity is high enough to support microbial growth in our homes. This one in particular is nice because in addition to the real time reading it gives you a 24-hour high and low for better monitoring.

This is a great and fairly low-cost unit to have around the house to monitor your indoor air quality! It can be plugged into an outlet or charged up if you'd like to carry it around to different rooms. It measures temperature, humidity, total VOCs, formaldehyde, carbon dioxide, and particles (PM 2.5 and PM 10). 

The FLIR One Pro is an infrared camera that is compatible with an iphone or ipad and uses thermal imaging to detect potential leaks. This can be a very handy tool to keep tabs on our hone and detect potential issues before we get sick. It can also be part of our mobile toolbox when screening new homes to purchase or rent!

This is a cost-effective, professional EMF meter designed to measure RF and microwave signals associated with smart meters, wireless routers, cell towers, cell phone emissions, Bluetooth devices, baby monitors, airport radar, microwave oven leakage and video game consoles. Add this to your toolbox when screening new homes to purchase or rent!

It's not a bad idea for a CIRS patient to have one of these in her toolbox! We can check our own walls, floors and ceilings for elevated moisture after storms or suspected leaks! We can also use this meter to screen potential new homes before a purchase or rental agreement.

This is another handy and portable meter to keep in your toolbox, especially if you are house hunting! It picks up particles as small as 0.3 microns and as large as 10 microns, to help assess for airborne microbes, pollen, dander and more. It also tests levels of TVOCs, formaldehyde (HCHO), and carbon dioxide to give you an overall indoor air quality score.

While most of the world would use something like this to froth fun drinks, CIRS patients use it to mix their CSM powder with juice or water to help it go down easier and dissolve a little better!
