Jenny Johnson is a gem of a human with a huge heart. She has an abundance of wisdom and knowledge that she is happy to impart to any and everyone. It's rare to find a practitioner who truly cares so much about the people she works with, and that experience in and of itself is deeply healing. I am so grateful to have been connected to Jenny when I was, as she has been a huge support in navigating a very challenging period of my CIRS journey. If you are considering personal support or one of Jenny's group programs, I highly recommend working with her in any capacity!

Jennifer is a rare and caring human being who combines empathy with clarity of communication, organizational and teaching skills. She went above and beyond for the organization of the course content and for ensuring that we all bond with each other within the group, and feel relaxed and in a safe zone. She creates the perfect environment for learning and discussion. Clearly she devotes herself and her energy to this cause. She cares deeply and is 100% committed to all that she helps. Thank you so much!

I was having a difficult time deciding whether to join Jenny's CIRS group. I had purchased and read the Mold Illness: Surviving and Thriving book, it is an overwhelming amount of information, but I figured I had that information, so why join the group? I decided to join so that I could meet people with the same challenge, learn from their experiences, and hopefully get rid of the substantial fear that was a daily part of my CIRS life. What I received over the last ten weeks, far surpassed my expectations. I met lovely women that were in different stages of their CIRS journey, and we were able to encourage and learn from each other. Jenny was genuine with her love and care for each of us in the group. The surprise benefit was the wealth of information we received weekly in the group and by email. I felt empowered as I implemented what I was learning and simultaneously created an excellent CIRS file for future use. I am confident that I will be able to manage life better, and I feel less fear about future water events.

I highly recommend ETOC to anyone with CIRS. Even though I wish I had known all of this information at the start of my CIRS journey, I am extremely grateful to know all that I know now (thanks to Jenny). I personally have found that reliable information about CIRS is hard to access from sources other than my doctors, and after taking this course and being a part of the CIRS Healing Collective I feel like I have all the information I need to overcome CIRS. The course is extremely well structured and thought out, with wonderful resources for us to access. Jenny is incredibly kind and caring and a wealth of knowledge about CIRS and all things wellness related. Sharing our stories weekly with our group was a wonderful way to build connection and support one another -- and we continue to stay in touch after the course ended. I was worried about the time commitment the course required, but now that it has ended I wish it were still in progress as I so looked forward to our connection and learning every week.

Jenny is literally an angel! She has an incredible gift of being able to hold a deeply healing space for those struggling with CIRS. I felt very alone in my journey before finding Jenny, but once I did, I knew I NEEDED to be part of the Equipped to Overcome CIRS class. It has made all the difference in my healing, not just physically, but emotionally, mentally and spiritually as well. I think Jenny's work fills a deep need in our CIRS community and I am grateful to be a part of it. As a Chiropractor, I have many patients that also experience biotoxin illness and I know that this will be an incredible resource for them and their families. Thank you Jenny!

I was diagnosed with CIRS in 2012 and have been trying to optimize my health for 12 years. We have moved twice and done 3 whole house remediations with those properties. I joined the ETOC group because I had done everything I knew to do and was just stuck in my progress. This course "unstuck" me. It is amazing to me that Jenny, having been a sufferer herself, as well as her family, has recovered and has the clarity of mind to not only assimilate all of the complex aspects of navigating CIRS; but she is also very skilled at organizing and simplifying the information in able to present it to others. This course taught me all of the latest developments about the possible "players" in the condition, what to do about remediating a bad environment, where to find diagnosis and assistance, and so much more. Jenny really looks at the big picture, meets you where you are and cares about where you are going. All of the information is presented in an organized progressive way that is logical and easy to implement, which is so important when an affected person is not functioning optimally. We may not be able to digest it all at once, but the knowledge is all collected and available to us when we are ready. And right now, we can just do the "next right thing" on the way to improvement and health. Thank you Jenny for doing what you do.

Jenny has developed a course that is so comprehensive in equipping CIRS patients with tools for every part of their health journey. She fully addresses both the inner (mindset, sleep, nutrition, multiple strategies for managing symptoms, finding practitioners, etc.) and outer (remediating, preventing water damage, having action plans for inevitable water issues, etc.) factors that determine the success of the CIRS healing process. She leaves nothing out. Most importantly, she has an empathetic, encouraging, and thoughtful presence about her that makes her the perfect health coach and guide.

I talked to Jenny last minute before a new group session was about to kick off. I was needing support as I was struggling with managing CIRS, and I ended up taking the last spot in the group. I was so glad I did. I still stay in touch with members of the group, and we support each other through this journey. It felt good to feel validated, because not many people can understand the intensity and impact of CIRS. Jenny has a wealth of knowledge and is a conduit for CIRS patients to get to a state of health. I am just so glad I joined - well worth it!

I loved everything about the way in which Jenny organized our group meetings. I learned so much, felt supported in every way, benefitted from being amongst our group members with active engagement and dialogue, and believe this experience and education has had long term, lasting benefits for not only my CIRS journey, but for my life overall!

This course was beyond my expectation! Jenny is such a warm, caring, organized and knowledgeable person. The material was presented in a thoughtful way with great resource materials, guest speakers and small homework assignments each week to keep us on track. Meeting others with CIRS and sharing our stories was invaluable.

Jenny's commitment to helping those with CIRS find their way in the dark and give them a path towards healing is priceless. She provides the most up to date information around CIRS and is always learning and sharing as she goes. She is smart, compassionate and a beautiful person. The group size and the structure of the meetings allowed me to feel connected to a group and invested in their successes and struggles.
