A "salugen" is the opposite of a pathogen. Instead of just avoiding the things that make us sick, salugenesis encourages the cultivation of the things that create and sustain wellness.  

Salugenex™ takes this concept one step further, into "healthy gene expression"! 

The exciting field of epigenetics is teaching us that our genes are not our destiny, and that we have more power than we ever realized over our health, longevity, and resilience when we learn how to upregulate favorable genes and downregulate unfavorable ones. Any gene that can be "primed" can be "unprimed." Jenny and her family have dreaded CIRS genes, but have optimized their foundational wellness genes to the point that their hla-dr haplotypes are no longer ruling their life experience.

By using the principles of 

Salugenex™, Jenny and her family now enjoy better health and wellness than before getting sick with CIRS. Jenny's personal goal is to preserve and grow the holistic wellness she fought so hard for 10 years ago. This means avoiding a CIRS relapse, down-regulating the expression of her Alzheimer's genes, and literally "aging backwards" using annual biological age testing.

Salugenex™   was designed to guide aspiring CIRS overcomers (and all biohackers!) in leveling up their inner terrain and cultivating the conditions for optimal gene expression. The goal is to enjoy faster and more complete recovery, improved capacity and resilience with future challenges, enhanced longevity in general, and a strong epigenetic pattern to pass on to our future children! 

So how does the Salugenex™ group coaching program work? 

Each month, Jenny introduces a specific wellness theme (gut health, fitness, mindset, sleep, detox, etc) - each with four related tools for you to consider implementing. All materials are held on a user-friendly course platform called Mighty Networks that has a free phone app. You may choose to build a habit-stack with the weekly activities! OR, you can scan the list of activities at the beginning of each month and choose just one or two to explore. It's up to you to personalize as you see fit. By the end of your 12 month wellness program, you will have cultivated the conditions for optimal recovery and wellness from the inside out, in a fun and painless way!

Salugenex™ participants enjoy live coaching from Jenny and camaraderie with likeminded friends as we support each other in the implementation of these health-promoting tools throughout the entire year! We meet from 4-5 pm MT (Denver) on the last Wednesday of each month. Admission is rolling at $499.99/year and is not refundable once processed.
